Warranty Policy
Effective as of: March 26, 2026
Every KIPRUN product is designed for performance and durability. Because we stand behind our quality, all our gear is supported by a comprehensive warranty, managed and processed by Decathlon USA.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, KIPRUN offers a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.
Important: Please keep your receipt or order confirmation. It is required to exercise your warranty rights.
What is Covered?
This warranty applies to authentic products manufactured for Decathlon/KIPRUN. We warrant each eligible product against:
- Defects in materials (fabrics, components).
- Workmanship or construction flaws (stitching, assembly).
If a product is replaced during the Warranty Period, the replacement product will be covered for the remainder of the original 2-year period.
What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)
This warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by external factors. Exclusions include:
- Normal wear and tear (fading, stretching over time, natural degradation of materials).
- Accidents, neglect, abuse, or misuse (e.g., using running shoes for unintended sports).
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme natural conditions, liquids, or gases.
- Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorized Decathlon representative.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you discover a defect during the 2-year period, please contact our Customer Service team. To speed up the process, please provide:
1. Proof of Purchase (Receipt or Order Number).
2. Photos or Videos clearly showing the defect.
3. Description of how the issue occurred.
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide instructions. If the defect is confirmed, we will—at our discretion—repair the item, replace it with an identical product, or provide a refund/credit if the product is no longer available.
Limitation of Liability
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECATHLON DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL DECATHLON’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
Note: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
