KIPRUN is a dedicated running brand of Decathlon. All orders placed on kiprun.com are processed, shipped, and supported by Decathlon USA. Your order confirmation, shipping updates, and package delivery will come directly from Decathlon.

Shipping Timelines & Estimated Delivery

We strive to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. We process and ship all orders on the next business day after they are placed.

• Orders placed Monday – Thursday: Shipped the next business day.

• Orders placed Friday – Sunday: Shipped on the following Monday.

Estimated Arrival Times:

• California: Typically 2 to 4 business days.

• Contiguous U.S. States: Typically 3 to 7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Typically 2 business days after shipment.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Delivery times may be affected by unexpected delays such as extreme weather or carrier issues.

Free Shipping Details

We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $49.

• Eligibility is calculated based on the order subtotal (including gift cards and discounts).

• Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to oversized items (heavy equipment/large accessories), clearance/final sale items, or Wholesale/Pro orders.

• Important: If any single item in your cart is ineligible for free shipping, the entire order will be subject to shipping charges.

Oversized Shipping

Additional charges may apply to oversized or exceptionally heavy items. If shipping costs are unusually high, our team will contact you directly before processing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

• Availability: Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

• Non-Supported Regions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

• Refunds: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Decathlon and KIPRUN are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
