Return Policy

The return policy below applies exclusively to purchases made in the United States through Decathlon and does not apply to purchases made in other countries.
KIPRUN is a dedicated running brand of Decathlon. For all orders placed on kiprun.com, returns, refunds, and customer support are managed and processed by Decathlon USA.
30 Days to Return Your Products
We stand behind everything we design and sell. If you’ve changed your mind, need a different size, or if the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
All returned or exchanged items must:
- Have been purchased via kiprun.com (processed by Decathlon.com) within the last 30 days.
- Be unused and in brand-new condition, with all original tags attached.
- Be in their original packaging.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Safety and Lifesaving Equipment: Including but not limited to helmets, life jackets, and climbing gear.
- Personal Items: Undergarments and boxers.
- Clearance Items: Any products marked as "Final Sale."
- Gift Cards.

Free Returns
All non-clearance products qualify for free returns, except for certain oversized items (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). If your original order did not qualify for free shipping, those costs will not be refunded when a return is processed.
Used or Damaged Products
Used products—including lightly used or dirty items—or products damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted for return. These items may be sent back to you at your expense or donated.

Products Purchased from Other Retailers
Products purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned to Decathlon or KIPRUN. Please contact the original retailer regarding their specific return policy.
