Key highlights

GRP – Ultra 160K: winner (2025)

Gwendal claimed victory at the Grand Raid des Pyrénées Ultra 160 (165K / 10,000m+), delivering a controlled, high-level performance.

Nice Côte d’Azur by UTMB® – 100 Miles: winner (2023)

He won the 100-mile race (165K), finishing solo on Nice’s Promenade des Anglais.

Grand Raid Ventoux by UTMB® – 100K: Top 5 (2025)

Over the 100K distance, he produced another standout result with a Top 5 finish (4th).

Away from racing, Gwendal made a lifestyle choice: settling in Ariège to live closer to the mountains and wide-open spaces. He builds performance with a simple, clear-minded approach focused on consistency: clearing his head on the start line, then fully settling into his own race for the long run. Day to day, he enjoys long headtorch runs at dawn and sticks to straightforward routines (pre-race meal, recovery and strength work).
