Biography

Born on 4 July 1998, Charles Wheeler is a British distance runner who competes on both track (3,000m and 5,000m) and the roads. A member of the MK Distance Project, he enjoys moving between speed-focused work and endurance blocks depending on the goal. As a KIPRUN athlete, he made his mark in early 2025 in Valencia, running a 10K personal best of 27:42 at one of the fastest road races in the world.
